The Fresh Ingredients
What makes our pizzas unique to North America is our passionate adherence to the strict standards of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN – a Naples-based organization dedicated to preserving the standards of authentic pizza). We import our flour and tomatoes from Naples, and every pizza is topped with fior-di-latte (fresh whole milk mozzarella) and other fresh ingredients. After being cooked in our high=heat Italian oven, the thin-crust pizza is light, soft and crispy. Because of the low levels of gluten in the flour and overall integrity and quality of all of our ingredients, eating this style of pizza allows you to easily digest and feel great.
